It’s our birthday! To celebrate, here are 19 of our favorite memories. Thank you to all of our clients and team members, past and present, who have been a part of the last 19 years.

1. Meeting at the Jaguar dealership coffee shop and scratching out our business plan on a napkin, then exceeding all those projections in the first three months. Followed by building a team of the most incredible professionals who have become our family. (Lynn & Bill)

2. Launching the first autonomous shuttle in America. (Bill)

3. Helping create two national monuments. And supporting the development of utility-scale solar with 4 projects that will add 1.5 gigawatts of clean, renewable energy to Nevada’s energy portfolio. (Bill)

4. Getting to be a part of the creation of one of the most prominent master planned communities in the valley, and the top selling one in the country - literally from the ground up. We started with 3,500 acres of bare desert and were involved in every aspect of development, and of course, marketing. We were blessed to run the marketing co-op, creating signature events enjoyed by thousands of Las Vegas residents, for nearly 20 years. (Lynn)

5. Breaking the mold on how our community approaches public engagement with Southern Nevada Strong, a three-year effort that resulted in our valley's first federally recognized regional plan. Through this planning initiative, we went from checking the box for public input by holding 1-2 public meetings, to setting the standard that we go to them and apply innovative and robust strategies to ensure the community's voice is heard in these plans that shape the future of our valley for years to come. (Lynn)

6. Getting to work with the amazing students and teachers at Connections Academy over the past 14 years. (Michele)

7. In January 2003, handling the PR for TLC’s hit show Trading Spaces. They recorded their first ever live reveal show right here in Las Vegas. (Michele)

8. Helping to raise more than $2 million for kids with cancer by supporting and hosting the Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada Run/Walk at Mountain's Edge since 2005. (Donna)

9. Building all the trails by hand on Exploration Peak at Mountain's Edge with the Explorer's Post we helped to establish. Those trails are still being used every day and offer stunning views of the entire Las Vegas Valley. And creating Country in the Park, which became known as a signature event for the entire City of Las Vegas for 12 years, bringing in such fan favorites as Scotty McCreery, Lee Brice, and RaeLynn. (Donna)

10. Processing 9,500 letters for a client - signed, sealed and delivered in one day! We called in family members that day. Even Lynn’s Mom, Carlota, came to the rescue. (Gina)

11. Transitioning from Happy Hour being our sole employee benefit (which was surprisingly attractive to potential employees), to providing actual benefits.

12. Being fortunate to work with some great nonprofit organizations to help those in need. PMA has a big heart. These include Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth, Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada, Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada (financial literacy for youth), Family Fur & Fun Festival/ Hearts Alive Village Las Vegas (abused animals), Serving Our Kids Foundation (hungry kids), Nevada Blind Children's Foundation, Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, and Nevada HAND (affordable housing), among others. (Nancy)

13. Being part of a close-knit family of caring people who make me laugh every day. PMA's family aspect was never more apparent to me as when several of us lost loved ones within an 18-month period, and the entire PMA family was always there for support, love and a shoulder to lean on...all while never missing a beat with client work. (Nancy)

14. Working with such a diverse group of clients. It wasn't any different when Nevada legalized cannabis and a we got to help launch brand new industry in our state. It was a great experience to work with The Grove as we navigated new territory, while also starting important conversations about cannabis in the community. (Gaby)

15. Working with the Purdue Marion team feels like working with family, which means we celebrate each other. The team hosted a wedding shower for my now husband and I, and it is one of the most special and fun memories! (Gaby)

16. Winning the Census as part of the Southern Nevada Complete Count Committee. Nevada led the nation in its self-response rate. Together we got our fair share as Nevada came in 5 points higher than 2010 and Clark County was more than 7 points higher. (Brandon)

17. Before even going into the office on my first day, I met with The Grove at their grow facility. The meeting ended with samples being brought out. I immediately turned to Lynn and asked about our drug testing policy. Little did I know, they were uninfused samples. (Brandon)

18. Negotiating contracts and creating TikTok and Instagram campaigns with figure skating Olympians. I can't wait to watch them in 2022! (Shayla)

19. Taking PMA with me from Las Vegas, to North Carolina, and helping to grow the digital department over the last 6.5 years. (Shayla)
