Website

Our web design process includes three phases with a fourth option after the site goes live.

Phase 1: Discovery and Planning

The focus here will be on a sleek user experience. We will create an SEO strategy and sitemap during this phase. This will allow us to build the design around the most important page, efficiently plan the website navigation and generally understand content creation efforts. Content review and development will be the final piece of phase one. At this time, we will audit existing content and make a plan for producing new content.

Phase 2: Design & Develop

During phase two, we design and develop the site. A website wireframe will be created with basic web page elements such as the header, navigation, etc… From there, two mockups will be created and presented for approval. At this time, we will enter the development stage. This is where we will translate the design to a live site.

Phase 3: Launch

Prior to site launch, we will sit down and go over every word and pixel of every page. We will also discuss long-term strategy for edits, updates and promotional components.

Phase 4: Maintenance & Evolution

The site will require upkeep. Site maintenance can include, but is not limited to: SEO, adding new content, updating existing content, comment approval/replies, and more. We can handle this piece, or a training session can be conducted where we coach a stakeholder on the ins and outs of this phase.
