With extensive experience in public relations, government and public affairs, Alex Nietrzeba is known as a jack of all trades. He strongly advocates that strategic planning and creative execution coupled with a determined work ethic accomplishes lasting success for client and cause. Alex interjects intelligence, innovation and personality as public relations manager at Purdue Marion & Associates.
Most recently Alex comes from R&R Partners, one of the largest marketing communications agencies in the West and creator of the famed “What Happens Here Stays Here” campaign for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority. He serviced a host of clients large and small ranging from state-wide utilities and multi-million dollar Strip development projects to award winning nonprofit work combating social inequity. He has navigated community relations and issue management for major ambulance providers as well as Las Vegas law enforcement agencies. Additionally, Alex has advised and implemented social media tactics and campaigns on behalf of several tech start up clients.
With a passion for event management, he has helped direct and supervise media for large scale international events with the USA Rugby Sevens Tournament and facilitated four successful Andre Agassi Grand Slam for Children events, including the announcement of a landmark $18 million donation.
Alex holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations and advertising from Gonzaga University. He volunteers his time and talents to several regional and national pediatric organizations including the American Cancer Society, Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation.
